Monarch Butterfly and Pink Flower Original Acrylic Painting

My favorite insect ever...the Monarch Butterfly. 

I used to sit in the back yard as a child and just let them land on me. Catching them all the time. When I would go to butterfly gardens, they would just sit on my shoulder. 

I think I was a monarch in my past life. 

This is an original acrylic painting. Done one a 12x12x1.5 inch canvas. 

The sides are painted orange and yellow in an abstract fashion.
