Live Wedding Guest
Portraits
Creating live wedding guest portraits is an exciting experience! It's a wonderful gift for your guests on your special day. Each portrait is custom-painted with watercolor and outlined with pen on 5x7 cold press watercolor paper. I capture a photo of the guests and draw from it, allowing them to enjoy your reception while I work. They can return later to collect their artwork. Please note, I may not complete every portrait on-site; those unfinished will be completed in my home studio and mailed to the guests. For the couple, I’ll create a more detailed portrait on an 11x14 sheet of watercolor paper, including facial features if desired. A travel fee applies for locations over two hours away. (I also charge by the hour if you don't mind not having every guest get their portrait done. I charge $350 per hour and can finish about 10 paintings an hour. I am more about quality over quantity and really enjoy making the paintings as personalized as possible with different posing, hair flow, and clothing designs. 11x14 Watercolor portrait and thank you cards are NOT included.)

All In The Details
A painting is a beautiful way to immortalize your wedding day! Here are the details: I use acrylic on the day of your wedding and finish with oils to create a timeless masterpiece. I'll arrive about two hours before the ceremony to set up and start sketching. I paint for around eight hours at the venue and then take the piece to my studio, where I refine it over the course of 20-50 hours. As the final touches require time and varnishing, the painting will be completed in about 2-3 months. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due a week before the event. I am happy to travel and a travel fee will apply.
